
Honduras DLF Marcala Project
Finally, we've been able to introduce a Honduras coffee we have been waiting for.
This coffee comes directly from De La Finca family farm. We have been working with De La Finca since we started roasting, and are so excited for them and their project in purchasing their own farm to produce specialty coffee.
This Honduras coffee blew us away as a sample. Its silky smooth mouthfeel along with subtle sweet fruit notes; it didn't act like a typical Honduras for us. So we had to have it.
Roasted to a light/medium, our baristas love this as a pour over. We have also enjoyed and shared it while camping in our Breville pot brewer.
Excellent pour over on the V60 and Chemex. Medium/fine grind, 208 degrees for best extraction.
