We've been asked a few times at our cafe if we offered a half caff option for drinkers, and we didn't. So, we started trying it out at home, seeing what worked well, and what notes we could get, because wanted to be able to not just offer it, but also enjoy it, while keeping it organic.
We blended up our organic Honduras honey processed decaf coffee, and our organic Colombia Suave coffee, both roasted medium and it just worked! What we tasted is a nice, medium body coffee with a honey sweetness, dried cranberries, lemon tartness at the end. very enjoyable, anytime of the day.
*Please note. Ground coffee will go stale much quicker in storage than whole bean. We would always recommend customers to grind their own at home for the freshest smoothest cup of coffee.
